charming stay near the waterfront
fresh fruits smiling doorman super clean room lovely gardens
I found the breakfast selection excellent, especially the fresh fruit options. the doorman always had a smile and offered helpful directions, it was nice. the cleaning service kept my room super clean and restocked all amenities daily. the gardens around the hotel added a lovely touch. I enjoyed walking through them each morning.
the elevator seemed a bit slow at times, particularly during peak hours.

the hotel is conveniently near the waterfront, accessible by a short walk, about five minutes. this proximity made it easy to enjoy the area's restaurants, shops, and attractions. the hotel also benefits from being in a safe, dynamic neighborhood.

the staff was helpful and quick with requests. i asked for extra towels and received them within minutes. i got a voucher for the diamond museum from the staff and also a map to get around.

the location was convenient and i could easily walk to the waterfront area.
The room i was assigned had a malfunctioning air conditioner. It failed to cool the space, and despite reporting it, the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay (which was quite annoying).

The breakfast had a high quality. i especially enjoyed taking a walk to the waterfront, it was very close. the location is excellent. The waterfront is just a short walk.
the room was slightly noisy, i could hear other guests.

The hotel's location near the waterfront was very convenient. I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast had many different options (the pastries were delicious).
The shower lacked a proper enclosure. Water would spill onto the bathroom floor.

The location is great with a very short walk to the waterfront. The breakfast had a good buffet selection, convenient. The staff were quite friendly and always helpful . Rooms stay clean and that was much appreciated.

varied options friendly staff large rooms door absence small rooms poor wifi
the breakfast buffet had so many options. it was so good i could get a takeaway box, if i was still hungry! the staff were very friendly and helpful! the rooms are large too and have everything you need for your stay.
the shower did not have a door! the floor was always very wet after showering, annoying. the rooms are also tiny. the wifi was very poor. it really needs an upgrade, though.
